State insurance bulletin monitoring: Know when a state insurance department posts a new bulletin.

Each state's insurance department posts its bulletins, notices and circular letters on its own site, in its own way, and an insurer licensed in many states is expected to have read them all.

Start from a topic with each department's bulletin page, and get each new bulletin with a summary, and the PDF's title and date.

Free for 5 pages. No card needed.

What ChangeGuard does

  • A ready-made topic lists the state insurance departments' bulletin pages, largest states first, so you start with them in one set.
  • Many bulletins are PDFs: each new PDF, Word document or Excel spreadsheet a page links to appears in one list with its title and date.
  • Keywords such as “artificial intelligence”, “data call” or a line of business flag only the bulletins you work on.
  • Every change comes with a summary and a rating, so a new bulletin comes before a holiday closing notice.

Start on Team , $149 a month, for 400 pages and up to three workspaces.

Topics

Start with pages someone already picked.

A topic lists the public pages on this subject, each one checked by us, with the words that cause noise left out. Look at its pages in the app, pick the ones you want, and change anything after you add them.

State insurance bulletins

Leaves out changes that only mention “holiday schedule”, “office closed”.

To hear only about what matters to you, add keywords such as “artificial intelligence”, “data call”, “rate filing”, “surplus lines”, “network adequacy”.

Questions

Questions people ask

Does it cover every state?

The topic has a bulletin page for most states and the District of Columbia. A department that posts nothing a daily check can read is left out, and the topic says so. Add any other page yourself.

Does it say what a bulletin requires?

The summary says what changed on the page, such as a new bulletin and its title. What the bulletin itself says stays in its PDF, which opens from the department's site.

Does it read the PDFs on these pages?

It lists each new PDF, Word document or Excel spreadsheet the page links to, with its title and the date it was first seen. Keywords match the page's text and the documents' names, not what is written inside a PDF.

How often does it check?

Once a day on the Free plan. From Starter up, a page can be checked as often as every hour.
