USCIS form and fee change monitoring: Know when USCIS changes a form, a fee or its policy.

USCIS posts new form editions, fee changes and policy updates on its own pages, and a filing made on an old edition or with an old fee can be rejected.

Watch those pages, and get each new edition, fee or policy update with a summary and a rating.

Free for 5 pages. No card needed.

What ChangeGuard does

  • USCIS's forms updates page lists each new edition with its date: every new row comes with a summary and a rating.
  • Keywords such as “H-1B”, “premium processing” or a form's number flag only the changes you work on.
  • New PDFs a page links to, such as a form's new edition or its instructions, appear in one list with their titles and dates.
  • Tell ChangeGuard the day of the month the next Visa Bulletin should be out. If a check after that day finds nothing new, the page comes up for review anyway, and says so.

Start on Team , $149 a month, for 400 pages and up to three workspaces.

Questions

Questions people ask

Does it catch a new edition of a form?

Yes. USCIS lists new editions on its forms updates page, and each form's page shows its edition date. Watch either, and a new edition arrives with a summary; its PDF appears in the list of new documents with its title.

Can I get an email when the new Visa Bulletin is out?

Yes. The topic watches the State Department's Visa Bulletin page, and each month's new bulletin arrives as a change with a short summary. A page that cannot wait for the round-up can send an email for each change.

Can it tell me when the Visa Bulletin is late?

Yes. Tell it the day of the month the bulletin should be out. If a check after that day finds no change, the page comes up for review anyway, with a note that an update was expected and none was found.

How often does it check?

Once a day on the Free plan. From Starter up, a page can be checked as often as every hour.
