Telehealth rules to monitor
Telehealth rules are set in several places at once: the DEA for prescribing controlled drugs online, HHS for policy, the medical boards' federation and the nurse licensure compact for licensing, and the FTC for advertising. These are the pages where each one posts its changes.
Dates matter here: a flexibility that ends, or a new registration rule, changes what can be prescribed online.
