Federal rulemaking pages to monitor

A federal rule passes through several pages before it takes effect: the Unified Agenda lists it, OIRA reviews it if it is significant, the Federal Register publishes it as proposed and then as final, and the eCFR writes it in. These pages follow it at each step, for every cabinet department and the main independent agencies.

Comment periods close in weeks, so hearing of a proposed rule early is what leaves you time to comment.
