Tariff and customs pages to monitor
Tariffs change by proclamation and by executive order, and CBP tells importers how to apply each change in its CSMS messages, sometimes with little time between the notice and the day the new rate applies. These are the pages where each step is posted: CBP's guidance and messages, USTR, the Section 232 and 301 investigations and the tariff schedule's revisions.
Importers, customs brokers and the finance teams that price landed costs watch them so that a new duty is not first seen on an invoice.
